You might be thinking “I’ve already had an eye test, why do I need a contact lens check-up too?” Contact lens examinations are there to provide a more specialised, tailored look at the front of your eye and how the lens fits.

After your first contact lens fitting appointment we may see you quite often, usually every year (on top of your eye examinations which are usually every two). This is so that we can make sure that your eyes remain healthy, the lenses continue to fit your eyes, that your vision is as good as it can be, and so we can keep you updated on any new lens technology that may be suitable for you.
